Buyer's Remorse

On Black Friday I got a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3. It wasn't what i had wanted at first, I had my heart set on getting a Kindle Fire. My reasoning was: Kindles from Amazon + I have an account with them = easy peasy buying.
I read alot of books and I wanted something like an e-reader to hold all of them instead of having dozens of hardcover books scattered all over the floor.
When we got there i found what i was looking for and was ready to buy but was told by my family to ask questions. I did; since it only came in 8gb and 16gbs i asked if more memory could be added via a micro SD card, i was told no. It was the only drawback in the Kindle. My dreams were dashed. I then asked what other e-reader can take SD cards. I was shown the galaxy tablets; the guy said it could take an SD card as well as have the Kindle app on it and not take any space. He also showed us one could do a google voice search on the tablet; family was in awe.
Before i could as any more questions the guy left to help others and i was alone. Bubbles wanted to look at movies, Uncle D was annoyed by the large crowd of people in the store, and Uncle M just said 'its up to you' and was no help at all.
I ended up getting the Galaxy tablet with Uncle D paying for most of the $200. Now everytime i look at it or use it i feel regret. Maybe i should have waited for another guy to ask questions to? Maybe i should have got the Kindle? Or maybe i should have got the bike instead?
I just wanted something to hold my books and maybe some movies. Why is it so hard?
